This refund policy applies to logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and related shipping services provided by ATCM Logistics.

2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:

Services that have already been completed or fulfilled (e.g., freight forwarding, customs clearance, or deliveries).

Government fees, taxes, and duties paid to customs or third parties.

Shipping costs once a shipment has been dispatched.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Service Failure: If ATCM Logistics fails to provide the agreed service due to our own error (e.g., failure to dispatch a shipment we confirmed), and no alternative arrangement is acceptable.

Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.

Cancellations Before Dispatch: If a service is canceled before shipment dispatch and no costs have been incurred.

4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the issue or payment. You will need to provide:
